Therapeutic sessions

To begin with I will provide you with a free 20-minute telephone consultation so that we can discuss your problems and how therapy can help you. During this time, I can also give you an idea of the number of sessions you are likely to need. Following the initial consultation, if you decide that you would like to proceed, I can offer 50-minute sessions via telephone or online via Teams, Zoom or Skype.
