= OCD Recovery Model - MIndBody Breakthrough
I provide safe and supportive therapy sessions to help you manage symtoms of anxiety or panic. This includes generalised anxiety, panic disorder, health anxiety, social anxiety, separation anxiety, phobias and trauma-related anxieties.
My depression therapy sessions focus on helping you manage symptoms of depression, identifying negative thought patterns, and developing coping strategies. I use evidence-based practises to help you overcome depression and improve your mental well-being.
My stress management sessions provide tools and techniques to help you manage stress and improve your overall well-being. I focus on developing healthy coping strategies and techniques for managing stressors in your daily life.
I provide support for victims who have been betrayed by their partners helping them to heal, gain clarity and make decisions about their future. I also work with those who have betrayed their partners and maybe experiencing feelings of guilt and shame.
I provide therapy for those engaging in self-harm, self injury and/or thoughts of suicide. Self-harm can take many different forms and is often an outlet for unresolved issues. Building a trusting relationship and confiding in that person can be the first step for change.
OCD can be time-consuming and distressing. It is often misunderstood so finding a therapist who can help you manage your obsessions and compulsions is key to recovery. I can offer you therapy without judgement and give you the tools to help you to reclaim your life.
I am a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists and abide by their Ethical Framework.
I am also an accredited member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society and abide by their Code of ethics.
